Dearfield Co. | in my area unless you are a contractor you wont buy them they will refer you to a installer Then if you say you are a contractor they want you to attend a installation class so to speak . The ones on this house are over 35 years old and faired well so I thought it would be another go for them..........The contractor/dealer/area rep they referred me to was nice enough but the roof would of been worth more than the house. It will probably get steel
. Just so you have a idea it was going on 3 years since they got beat up enough the rocks as well as the primer paint got beat off. I started the winter after the storm trying to get it figured out...... And you are right about insurance issues-----------a 35 year old roof has no insurance value. The check we got was $4700 for a 2800 sq foot home | |
