southern MN | We did too years ago, all day. Actually fairly short time at the overlook of the canyon, and you get what you get for weather that day, about half our time was cloud bank, er, fog, so we had to look quick to see nich.
But still enjoyed it, felt it was worth it.
I'm in nature all the time with farming so the canyon is all right; I enjoyed the brief stop at the dam along the way probably should have went on a more in depth trip to the dam. Not sure they still allow much there any more tho, everything gets more locked up and restricted.
