I remember when we switched to coins and how worried I was that the change would weigh down the pockets. It's not an issue. I make sure I hand over cash amounts that allow bills back as change, but some others deal with it by treating change as a savings source. Glad the penny is gone. I'm reminded of that each time I cross the border. Nickels are still here. When paying with cash, we round to the nearest nickel. It works out. |
