NE South Dakota Clark, SD | 1 ft/1000 is plenty of grade if you have a competent contractor with good equipment. You will also get better drainage going across the slope vs up the slope. Water is less likely to flow between the lines. There are a lot of different tools available to to finish the project so the dips are not as bad.
