I'd double their P rec and just follow their K rec. I'f your CEC is less than 10 potassium can become mobile in the soil, not quite like Nitrogen, but too mobile to try and build it up. Re sample next year and see where you are.

Being small acrage id definetly add a huge dose of hydrahume (40-50#)with that fertilizer. That will help keep it available and prevent leaching.

Next time you sample get a deeper sample too. Sometimes a clay layer like your taking about can be quite the reserve of nutrients.
