Looks to me like you need some manure for P. Why do you say your Ca is low? 6.4 Ph and 64% Ca would be good no matter which method you follow unless your raising alfalfa. Your Mg is high even if you farm sand. Under note 705 I agree 100% with the first part of that note.
edit - I should say that the above is what I would do here.
