Do you have any sources for manure in your area?  Manure on any soil is always a good thing, but especially on light soils.

I'd be a little careful with the ideas of adding lime.  Your PH is already at a good level.   If you add lime you might get the PH too high, and then you could very easily start seeing nutrient deficiencies in your crops.  Especially micronutrient deficiencies.  Too high of a PH level will tie up micronutrients.  Too high of a PH can be detrimental, just like too low of a PH.
