NW IL, Mercer County | I fully agree with this quote. When I was still working retail, variable rate planting was first coming out and so people were asking my opinion. Hybrids turn so fast that as soon as you figure out what it can and cant do its retired. Plus the fact that soils/fertility/drainage/etc., always interact differently every year, I had a hard time figuring out what to base a planting prescription off. | |
