Sold a small company a bunch of lights. I had to special order them for him and told him it would be 3-4 weeks. He said that's fine, no hurry. This coming Monday is the 4th week. Starting about 6 days ago the guys father called me wondering where they were. "Needs them now". I told him it should be in the next few days. Since then he has called every single day wondering if they are here. He was getting more upset every time he calls. I told him I would call him the second I see them and he continues to call. He even talked to my wife and hung up on her.

Any advice on how to deal with this guy until his products arrive?







Years ago I used to sell lights as well..... If the shipments took 2-3 weeks I always added a week....AND TOLD THEM ITS DUE TO THE BORDER AGENTS DRAGGING THEIR HEELS....

Right now I'm waiting on parts for my drone.....they are almost two weeks over due, they are "stuck at the border". I'm not mad at the company at all.....I have been there too and I have no reason not to believe them!
