Thanks Von. I didn't get there exactly the same way you lost all your weight but it did help to see how you did it. I still miss my bread but that's about all I miss! My next goal is to maintain & over the winter when comfort foods are the best...it could be tough. It's my way of life now so it should be easier...I hope!
