I have been Diabetic for about 27 years and on insulin for about 20 years There is a generic insulin at Wallmart for $24.80 per bottle with insurance paying half after deductiable is met for year N is slow reacting R is fast reacting. and does not need perscription. It is all natural and is used for babies. Other insulin's were costing over $100 per bottle. 2014 I was in donut hole in June 2016 It was after July before I met my Deductible.
Weight was a lot of ups an downs to get here. Up 4.5 this week ( had company 3 days this week). I weigh each Sun Morning with cloths and shoes on on a beam scale marked in haly pounds and I guess for tenths.
Weight loss has helped my cholesterol and blood pressure I can now keep my Jeans up with a belt maybe 6" off my waist 4th hole on belt where it would lack about 3" before | |
