I shoot for a bushel per acre when I've planted wheat for a cover crop. Our soil biology is active enough that cover crop wheat residue doesn't last all summer so we favor cereal rye plus it roots deeper. We have to watch planting bin run seeds around here as pigweeds are getting to be very troublesome in some areas and don't want to spread those weeds any faster than they already are.

X10. I personally won't use bin run unless I combined it myself, and kept it on my wagon. That way I know what I have. Weeds are enough of a problem, don't want to be planting them.
