Most elevators use 15% to sell and 14% to store. In theory, I suppose the industry could change to a 15.5% basis, but the eventual result would be to see cash prices reduced by the value of the added water, or maybe a tad more. After all, most end users really just want the dry matter...there are cheaper ways to buy water...
