NC IA | I did the FSA loan in 2012. Like others say, its a ton of work, the paperwork takes a lot of time to fill out and they ask for a lot of financial info. Once you complete it all they will have lots of questions and you will have to provide more information. It gets frustrating when you are used to working with a banker, as its a lot more invasive.
In the end, I am glad I did it - 1.5% interest is hard to beat. | |
