Just saying, not complaining, but I am a landlord and I have rented everything out on shares since 1994. I agree the greedy landlords are pain in the ass, But I have 6 renters and they all stop by and drink beer. I just want you to know that there are some of us that are not that bad
My landlords are same but cash rent... One stopped me on the tractor to bring me a HUGE pork tenderloin sandwich and fries from the bar his son owns, other is constantly offering me beer when I'm over on his land. Stopped one Saturday night while mowing waterways... He had crab legs. Filled me up a plate with a whole leg, grilled corn on the cob, deep fried stuffed peppers, deep fried cheese balls and I forget what else... Oh they kept the beers coming on my table that night as well... I am blessed to have my landlords lol!
