I seen a neighbor go through it a few years ago.  He was trying to do too much by himself and didn't know what to do.  His wife finally came to us and had us put his crop in as she took him to the Dr.  By that fall he had one of his boys come home to help farm, and he gave up some land.  He's back to his happy self now.  Not sure if he's still seeking treatment, but he doesn't seem down and out anymore.  He usually swings by the shop Every couple days, sometimes multiple times a day if he's working on something and needs more tools or help.  The sooner you can get help, the sooner you will see that there's a lot more to life.  Looks like you've taken your first step.  I hope things turn around for you.
