I've found that some things like garlic, ginger root, cilantro, vinegar, worchestshire etc. can be used to give some very complex interesting flavor to otherwise normally bland stuff.
We're not on any kind of strict diet in our house, we just try to limit refined sugar, gluten, and carbs because I think that helps keep our weight down. These are some things we like | |
