Yes. If you rank high enough it doesn't matter how many years you've done it. Payment this year is $53/acre. I know it won't last forever and hopefully by the time it does end, I'll have built my soul enough and have the knowledge of just how far I can cut inputs to maintain yields that cover crops will pay for themselves
