St.Clair Co. IL. | last weekend I was talking to a farmer at the local consignment sale, we were talking about prices and I said well corn prices aren't just THAT bad, he looked at me and asked how long you been out of farming?
I said well this is my forth season out, he said well cost has gone way way up.
I said really how much?
he stated between 450 and 500 bucks a acre not including land rent, REALLY?? has cost gone up that much?
What kind of number are you guys working with now?
not being nosey but just wondering what cost has gone to that's all. What number for beans are you guys using with beans while I'm at it.
