| No rain drop is at fault for the flood, is it? I look at it as I do camp sites, just because someone else will leave one trashed doesn't mean I should either. Last I checked we held ourselves to a higher standard than countries like China so I'm not sure we point at them like a child points to another at the store that got a candy bar and yell, "that's not fair!"
Concerning particulates, I do think it boils down to the EPA focusing on the heavy hitters and or easy targets. That said, vw wasn't busted for excessive particulate emissions, they were busted for NOx. | |
