I have a hard time with this vw emissions fiasco.
A certain amount of pollution is made from using fossil fuels. (diesel, gas,) If we "detune" the engines to improve emissions but consequently hurt mileage did we really gain anything? wouldn't the car with better mileage cause less pollution per mile?
