| If you can be forthcoming with her without seeming an arse, remind your wife WHO is getting married.
And then remind her in 5 years, or 10 years, NONE of it will matter.
If the ones GETTING married are happy with the situation it is their wedding.
Maybe make the analogy that farming isn't done the same as 'X' years ago? Things are different now.
Remind her that life is too short to sweat the small stuff, and the ins and outs of a wedding IS the small stuff in the grand scheme of life.
Is the battle worth the war for her?
