I did not check boom pressure at rear good point. Whatever was previously sprayed really gunked up stuff and they were running nozzle screens even with all the other regular hardi screens which I bet is part of the problem. Lots of white chalky clayish stuff all over. I had took all the nozzle screens out because I've never seen a hardi sprayer use them. We had flushed tank a few times before spraying.... but I had filled sprayer couple days before with water and let sit ... I'm betting some stuff soften up and is now letting go..... lovely. I'm gonna replace some check valves and see if that helps and maybe try a new boom pressure gauge check pressures. | |
