Central Minnesota | If you have a time stamp picture, check your local ordinances. They might have a curfew. If there is a curfew, then go to the parents of the kids, and show them the ordinance for piece of mind, and then the time stamped picture. Be polite and just kindly mention that if it happens again you will decide that morning how tired and crabby you are from not enough sleep, who you will report it to. The police, or child services. Bet those kids will get a pretty stern talking to by their parents then and it won't happen again.
Otherwise if you know them, every time it happens call their parents. But that could land you with harassment charges. The law works in odd ways, and sometimes to protect the ones it should be prosecuting. | |
