Print out a few pictures and hang them around the area, would help if they don't know who caught them. Might be just a couple bored kids thinking it's funny without considering the consequences.
Know of a neighbor that used to steal gas out of farm equipment when he was a kid. Then I heard him complaining that someone stole a can of gas from his shed, lol.
What would you do to these kids?
