Wisconsin | Long story short, we have had our doorbell rang at night over the last few months, and as far back as last fall. Probably 15 times total anywhere from 9-11:30 pm. Finally set up a trail cam and caught two kids on camera. One is hiding his face, and one isn't. They look to be about 10-12. I posted through pic on Facebook and tagged anyone I knew in my neighborhood. Looks like someone knows who they are and I'm wondering what I should do. Go talk to the parents? Call the Sheriff's office?
I don't want to come off as the A hole of the neighborhood with calling the cops. Once or twice a year and I wouldn't have cared. It's happening too often now IMO. Some nights it was 2 or 3 times and I REALLY don't like the thought of some young kids wandering around my house late at night. Maybe it's doorbell ringing now, and vandalism or theft next. What would you do?
