I just replaced a disconnect box that sends power out under ground to a pivot & got the wires out of phase & started the pivot today to move out of way to plant & sure enough the pivot zig zagged like his did. But I seen it right away & just flipped any two wires at the panel & good to go. So some motors run forward & some run backward when the wires are out of phase.!!
