Hilmar, California | Yep, Case planters cant plant deep. When my 2013 1250 12r was new, all leading bearings were out by 500ac. Went to old style openers, plant no deeper then 2.5-2.75. We have lots of irrigated sand here and that's not deep enough most of the time. "Give up on planting your desired depth" is 100% correct. That new 2000 series better plant deeper or agco here I come. I cant put green hooked to red, just cant do it. | |
