| I did say it was the future we are headed for, not that it is perfect today. Also, at least the software can point the tech in the right direction so he would know at least some probable items to have with them. One of my frustrations with past service work is when the tech shows up with nothing in the way of parts. Many times I have made the trip back to the dealer to get the part while the techs sit because it is cheaper than paying them to make the round trip. | |
