I figured that was why Tara asked if he had bin space? Agree, a HTA for harvest delivery could very well end up costing you dollars. But if a fellow has storage available, they do help quite often. In my mind I would prefer to do a HTA with an elevator that has the policy of allowing you to choose a different delivery point, if somewhere else is paying significantly better. Either that, or do your own hedging.
