SW Ohio | I went from a regular 7000 to a 7000 conservation. got a hold of some single disc fert openers as i really liked the looks of them over the Yetters I was using, they mount to a 2.5" bar on the front of main tube, but for row cleaner clearance i moved the bar forward about eight inches, and it was only 2.0 so I had to add shims to mount the newer openers. Not sure what 1770's look like so I don't know how they mount, maybe it would be easier to find ones like I have that mount on the little bar? | |
