SD | Interesting video. Is there any reason as to why this couldn't happen again? It seems like land prices are starting the drop and interest rates are starting to creep upwards.
There were a few startling comments, like the "get big or go home" and the "you can't make it work when prices are below break even for 2 or more years". Seems like we are heading back again.
I noticed most of the farms which had to be sold were inherited by a family member. This reminds me of a saying, "The first generation builds it, the second enjoys it and the third destroys it."
