Hey Cat, personally I would love to see farmland investors take a big haircut on land values. I think it would give a lot of producers a lot of opportunities that would help stabilize that family farm for generations-----stability is all about "who owns the dirt". I still have my land valued at $1000/acre on balance sheet, so bring land depreciation on.
