went to land sale this morning 320 acres brought 4200. could have split. didn't get that high, last recess auctioneer come back and said that was minimum bid, raising one half of it 800 dollars or so. one bid bought it. farm across road 3 years ago brought 5000. taxes on 320 acres for 2015 $16200.
