Embarrass WI
FWIW I have an IH Paystar on my farm auction, already has a 20' forage box and even though it's a WI truck, it has never been run in the winter and is devoid of rust. Only downside(in some folks minds)is 2 stroke Detroit power. Started life as a cement truck, I've had it since '98.

I have seen enough auction "buys" that I personally will not buy anything that has many moving parts without myself or a trusted person laying eyes and hands on it. Pictures can be, while not exactly deceiving, not totally accurate either. All depends on the integrity of the seller.

My auction listing-
