Eastern North Carolina | If it were legal, Would be easy to grow in our area, use tobacco greenhouses to grow seedling, transplant, cultivate and fertilize using tobacco equipment, spray for insects whit them old Deere 6000 hi-cycles and harvest and cure in bulk tobacco curing box barns. Then, bale it in 500# bales just like tobacco.... At that point I would be so cheap you couldn't give it away.
As it is now, the little black unmarked govt. helicopters stay busy in the summer months spotting most all the grows in and around the area.
