This makes me ask why a farmer would want to do a 1/3, 2/3 agreement in an area where you won't get big yields? When prices are high, it would be fine, but now wouldn't be good. Kind of like my area, some fields have 110-120 bushel goals. Cash rent would be better, IMO.
