I have an 8 row strip till with 250 hp in front of it. Would also like to know how he is getting 20 acres per hr.
For the most part strip till has not worked as well as conventional tillage for me. The slower soil warm up results in lower yields and the tillage cost savings are eaten up by more chemicals. Full width minimum tillage is my preferred method.
strip till fertilizer savings??
