I HAD a friend who bought 1/2 an 80 and then a year or so later the other 1/2 came up in foreclosure sale. The foreclosure property was sold to the highest bidder, an investor 30 miles away. About 3 months later the investor had an ad in the paper for farm land for rent. I called met with the investor made the lease agreement and it was leased the same day the paper came out. The "friend" was always avoiding me then one day last spring he is out putting fence post between his 40 and the 40 i was renting. I called and asked what his problem was, as no one puts fences up around here, they take them down. He informs me that I stole his land and I better stay out of his side blah blah blah.... Good luck!
