2 weeks ago I was 242.6, then I had surgery and last week I went up to 255.0, this morning I was 242.8
I feel better about my weight now than last weeks depressing weigh in. My monday morning weigh in at my diet place, had me up 7.? last week and 9.? down today.
Still think I can settle down and go after that 220-225 goal.
Been about this weight since early june. Lazy about the strict diet plan, need to get serious again.
