| WooWHOOO VON, you did it, you reached your goal. I am so proud of you. Wow, 70 pounds and a guy at 165, that is like high school weight for most guys. I am so glad you joined us. You were pretty shy at first, I think testing the waters before you joined us. If I remember right, you had lost 40 pounds before you joined us. Now look, you lost 30 more and showed your way to some of us here. So grateful for all your help here. My daughter is doing something like you are doing and is not big to begin with and lost 10 pounds already. Anyway, Great job Von. | |
