Debra you are so blessed to have many people to keep you busy.  Sounds just like my wife never a dull or slow moment. Hope you have a great time with family next week.  We had a good busy week too, just got back from a Sunday School class Christmas party and we are going to watch two of our grandkids in a church play tomorrow night 80 miles away. Then Monday I go to the eye Dr. to see about getting a cataract removed.

Well on to the numbers, lost three pounds this week.  I'm very happy with that number.  Just hard to believe how much better I feel after only 14 pounds lost.  Wish all a Merry Christmas and a good week next week.
