follow up injections. I was going to do it with my knees this winter. In the meantime I decided to try something on my own. I mix
a spoonful of Knox gelatin and a teaspoon of food grade diatomaceous earth in water and drink daily except for weekends. The results have been great. I now have mobility, no pain, and the knot on the back of left knee is gone. Its cheap, I got everything
from amazon, and worked fast. I would strongly recommend this if your joints are bothering you. | |
