Thumb of Michigan | I had a PRP treatment that I got more relief from than anything else (short of new knees, not there quite yet). I will recommend this: if you're in pain and want to try Synvisc, go for it. Its not a pleasant deal (at least it wasn't for me) but hey- if you get 6 months or more, you're ahead of the game. Check into the PRP (platelet rich plasma) deal. Relief rates are higher than synvisc from what I can find out. Not readily available everywhere, though.
