Same farm as t-boss SC IA | According the pkg that is 1 container serving...100 calories. The meal bars are Atkins & according to their pkg it says that there is 18.3g of total carbs minus 4.7g of fiber & minus 10.7g sugar alchols for a net 2.9g of carbs. It also says that fiber & sugar alcohols should be subtracted from total carbs since they minimally impact blood sugar. So according to that should I substract the 9g sugar from the 14g of carbs on the yogurt & end up 5g of carbs?? See...they make it all way too confusing. I don't eat a yogurt every day either. Sometimes the bar is enough. And I'm sure that I didn't have any since Wed. So either I need to cut the meal bars out or just wait a day or 2 & maybe the scales will look different! I just can't figure out what to eat for breakfast if eggs & bacon bother me. Seems my choices could be limited! |
