Northern Indiana | I had been going to chiropractors since I was 21. In my mid30's something let loose in my lower back. Used a lot of chiropractos, inversion table, Tylonol, asprin, etc. At age 54, I had the hip thing described going on...unbearable right hip, left hip pain. Trying anything, I went to a physical therapist, told them my insurance wouldn't cover them, what do I do? She gave me 2 pages of exercises to do in addition to using the inversion table. Cost $50. If I do my exercises everyday, I feel better than I did at age 20. I am now 57. | |
