West Central Wisconsin | I've had 3 discectomies and occaissionally will have a flare up and the used inversion table I bought has worked wonders for me. If you think about a bulged disc, the vertebrae need to relax and spread so the disc can get back where it needs to be. Inflamation might be keeping it from popping back in place and then hanging upside down allows the room for it to go back. Hope you feel better. Joe | |
