South Plains of Texas | I use to have serious sinus problems several years ago and I quit wearing a cap and it went away. Now it flares occasionally and a couple years ago I did acupuncture and it helped. Not wearing the cap was the best. I guess it mashed on each side of my head and to this day is I put one on for a few hours I can feel my sinuses start to stop up. Weird I know but just my experience! | |
