Southwestern Minnesota | In addition to the problems I've had with my sinuses (previous note), my son also had lots of problems. Between his junior and senior year of college, the Family Practice doctor recommended he see an ENT. He had a CT of his sinuses and we found out that he had a nasal spur as well as a deviated septum. He did have nasal surgery to remove the spur and fix the deviated septum and he feels so much better now. It was a pretty rough surgery to go through (but was a same day procedure). It took him a week of laying low but he is so glad that he had it done. If you feel like you can't get the nasal rinse through your nose because you have too much gunk in there, maybe there is something else that is obstructing it. | |
