Drink a lot of water and keep using the saline sprays and nasal rinses. Sometimes taking a hot shower also helps. Also, try Nasacort which you can now buy over the counter in drug stores.
Antibiotics are not going to help unless you have an infection. If this is a chronic condition you might have to have some of your sinus passages surgically enlarged, which does not sound like much fun.
